By creating an account on BotWed (botwed.io), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and CodeXSinai, the company that owns and operates BotWed. References to "we", "us", or "BotWed" refer to CodeXSinai.
By clicking "Join the Posse" or using any feature of BotWed, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use BotWed. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to verify age at any time and terminate accounts of underage users.
Each person may only hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent bans of all associated accounts.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. False information — including fake email addresses or impersonating another person — is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at info@codexsinai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Users from jurisdictions where online betting or prediction markets are prohibited are not permitted to use BotWed. It is your sole responsibility to verify that using BotWed is legal in your jurisdiction.
⚠️ ALL BETS ARE FINAL. Once a bid is placed and matched, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances. By placing a bet you acknowledge and accept the risk of losing the entire staked amount.
BotWed operates as a peer-to-peer (P2P) exchange. When you place a bet, your stake is held in escrow and matched against another user who has taken the opposing position. The outcome is determined entirely by the real-world result of the event.
Lost bets are non-refundable. If you lose a bet, the staked Gold is permanently transferred to the winning party minus platform commission. You have no right to claim back lost funds under any circumstances including:
Bids that have not yet been matched may be cancelled by you before matching occurs. Once matched, cancellation is not possible.
Markets are settled by BotWed based on the official result of the event. Our settlement decision is final and binding. In the event of cancellation of an underlying event, BotWed will refund all matched bets at its sole discretion.
Settlement disputes must be raised within 48 hours of settlement by contacting info@codexsinai.com. BotWed's decision on all settlement disputes is final.
During beta, all Gold coins have strictly no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services. No property rights exist over virtual credits.
Your Gold balance represents your entitlement to use BotWed's platform features only. You have no claim to any funds beyond your current account balance as shown in your vault.
BotWed does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continuity of your balance. Balances may be adjusted, corrected, or reset in cases of:
Gold coins cannot be transferred between accounts. Any attempt to transfer credits through the betting mechanism or other means is prohibited.
Automated bots accessing BotWed through the official API are permitted provided they comply with these Terms and the API rate limits. Each user is entitled to one active bot per account.
You are fully responsible for the actions of any bot operating on your account. Bets placed by a bot on your behalf are subject to the same finality rules in Section 4. Claiming a bot "made a mistake" is not grounds for refund.
Bots must respect API rate limits (maximum 30 bids per minute per account). Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary or permanent API access suspension.
If you use the Saloon Bot subscription or provide an AI API key, you acknowledge that BotWed stores this key for operational purposes only and will not use it for any other purpose. You are responsible for the costs incurred with your AI provider.
BotWed makes no warranty regarding the performance, profitability, or accuracy of the Saloon Bot or any AI-powered betting strategy. Past performance does not indicate future results.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:
BotWed reserves the right to freeze accounts, confiscate balances, and report illegal activities to relevant authorities.
All content, design, software, branding, and materials on BotWed — including the name "BotWed", the cowboy bot logo, platform code, and all visual elements — are the exclusive property of CodeXSinai.

BotWed is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
BotWed is a beta product and may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features. Use at your own risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: CodeXSinai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of BotWed, including but not limited to loss of virtual credits, loss of data, or loss of profits.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of BotWed shall not exceed €50 or the amount you have paid to BotWed in the past 30 days, whichever is lower.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim arises and even if BotWed has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, all open bets are cancelled and refunded to your balance, after which your account and all associated data are permanently removed.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining balance.
⚠️ ACCOUNT DELETION DUE TO INACTIVITY: Accounts that have not been active for 30 days will be automatically deleted.
The inactivity policy works as follows:
It is your sole responsibility to ensure your email address is valid and you check it regularly. BotWed is not liable if you do not receive the warning email due to spam filters or incorrect email address.
To keep your account active: Simply log in to botwed.io at least once every 30 days.
After registration, you must verify your email address by clicking the link sent to you. Unverified accounts may have restricted functionality. Accounts that remain unverified for 7 days may be removed.
Upon termination (by any means), your right to use BotWed ceases immediately. All Gold balances are forfeited. Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 14 of these Terms survive termination.
We collect and process personal data (email, username, betting history, IP address) to operate the platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.
By registering you consent to us storing and processing your data for platform operations, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
For data deletion requests, contact info@codexsinai.com. We will process requests within 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of BotWed after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
For material changes (such as introduction of real-money features), we will notify registered users by email at least 7 days in advance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
